I have a DELL notebook and I want to oc it. It uses a GM965 or PM965 chipset. The CPU is a Core 2 Duo T7500.

Clockgen isn't available at this time.

os vista home premium 32bit

tnx :)

you won't go far with this...
the best you can do is to remove the bottom plate (where cpu and gpu is located) and put it on a good laptop cooler for maximum air circulation
I came to a conclusion that laptops in general aren't any good for gaming (high cost, low performance compared to the same components on PC, keyboard heats up while you play and your hand sweats like crazy, and of course low OC and so on...)

go to BIOS and see what you can do there and here is a link that should help you http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=25716

Yeah that link above will help you a lot in your journeys. Don't expect much though. Tried doing 2 buddies HP laptops running the T5600 i think and the T7200 and neither would give me more than .02ghz. :( I used clockgen btw.

Extremely unlikely that you can overclock your laptop. You might be able to overclock the video card using ATITool or RivaTuner, but overclocking anything else is extremely implausible.
