+1 on the PSU change, for many reasons, other than just your GPU.
Although i have to say, you could test your card in another computer with a better PSU to know for sure if your problem comes from the power delivery, or degradation due to mining.

yeah i have no one with a decent psu, they all roll the cheapest shit they can buy
also brother who lives with me is corona positive, so its quarantine time 
meh i need to update my PC anyway so i might as well upgrade my PSUI ordered a Seasonic Focus PX550

Good PSU 
I have a few Seasonic models and some EVGA and a couple older Corsair AX models (not the AX i models) and they have all been pretty trouble free. There's been a couple EVGA ones that has fallen by the way side which is why I seem to be buying Seasonic now... Super Flower/Leadex (might be the same not 100% on that) is also another very good make
