Waterblock Compatibility with Backplate

I've got an EVGA GeForce GTX 680 SC Signature 2 which I will be watercooling soon but the card didn't come with a backplate. So I'd like to know whether it's ok to use any reference GTX 680 backplate along with the XSPC Raystorm full cover block http://www.xs-pc.com/products/waterblocks/gpu-waterblocks/razor-gtx680-new-style/
Anyone had problems or issues? I'd like to know.

Looks like the XSPC block comes with M3/M4 screws with rounded heads, the reference backplate appears to have beveled mounting holes. This *may course the supplied screws to sit high and not make good contact with the block threads as intended

Note: *Brushed aluminium faceplate, dont mix metals in a H2o loop

Avoid mixing copper and aluminum components, as mixed metals require an anti-corrosive additive.

Hi,
I've read the same thing in another forum and the workaround was to use slightly longer screws. I'm not sure what the "brushed aluminium faceplate" is, but I don't think it'll be in contact with any fluids. I'll be using Feser One coolant in any case.
