Weird noises while cursor is moving

I have recently started hearing weird noises come from my laptop while the cursor is moving. The sound stays the same no matter what device I'm using, be it a trackpad, a wireless or a wired mouse. My laptop is an HP Pavillion 15-cs2025ur with Windows 10 on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a fan issue. Have you checked the vents not blocking anything?

USB is a susceptible standard and is prone to noise. Try changing the USB connection position. Eliminate unnecessary USB connections. I can only think of removing dust inside the PC and the connector part

Try it with low and max screen brightness, could be interference. If it help adjust brightness there it still doesn't happen.
