Before anyone can really help you need to fill in your system specs and any overclocking. Saying what your doing on your PC when it crashes.

I`d start by checking your CPU heatsink and fan for dust and other stuff.

Can you specify where that noise is coming from?

It seems like it might be coming out of your speakers ,but I can't tell because the video doesn't really go into detail.

But if that sound is coming out of your PC tower don't turn it on again. If it's coming out of your speakers it may be a hell of a lot simpler

You can still get into windows on the rig right? if so I would recommend to first try System Restore to a point in time before the issue first happened and retest. But with Ram I meant make sure the timings are set correctly and not overclocked or using an XMP setting......What does the system logs say about what happened ? Post what system logs say please.

fill this: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/account/specs, complete as possible, useful information, try to include brand and models of the most possible,

how to troubleshoot:
1. take computer were you can visually inspect, take side door or panel to see inside it, also when trying to run o powering it on,
2. put special focus were the sound starts, if no try to power on computer with 1 ram stick, then the other, both slots,
3. if not the problem try to inspect psu, noise might be comming from it if pretty old, also some lower end units are known cuz faulty issues and problems, as many people stated, might be PSU related,
4. stick to the tread, use quote to replay advises or comments individually !

Regards.

I'd say for sure it's a hardware problem anyway. And how would you define "breaking" if not causing this problem? Could be a faulty motherboard, or RAM. Or was it the GPU? I seem to recall it being the PSU though...

use the method below to avoid triple /double posting please (just hit the "multi quote" button on ANY posts you wish to reply to, and then when your ready to post, you'll see an option to "insert Quotes?" )....it may sound rude for me to say it, but inevitably, a mod will come in a do the same...theres no way for a person to know, until they are told, or unless they just go around hitting buttons :)

If that sound is coming over the speakers have you tried different speakers or possibly a headset to see if the sound still occurs?

Also have you tried a different output to rule out the possibility that the 3.5 or audio jack is damaged?

Finally I would say physically inspect the sound chip on your motherboard or sound card to make sure there's no damage to it that would cause that type of interference or noise

I've seen dust cause undue thermal strain on board, cpu, ram, gpu, hdd, ssd, psu.

Run Memtest 86 and see if you have a bad module.

Did anyone notice he never specified his Power Supply, bet anything it's a potato unit.

Did you install all of your drivers when you reinstalled windows?

I don't think that's the problem but it's still a good idea if you haven't.

That GPU is pretty weak, but I'm suspecting ram or psu issue.

What`s the temperature of the CPU/GPU when this happens? Install hwinfo, it will show the temperatures as well as voltages. I`ve had a similar problem caused by a power supply failing, also seen dust cause it as well.

Software windows 10

32 bit Windows 10 perhaps ?

EDIT: I saw you have a 64 bit version , then faulty RAM probably.

I don't know but when i unplugged and put it back it showed up fine xD lmao Well i haven't touch my computer since the day i took it :p except cleaning a lil bit the dust that's all.

I've saw dust cause undue thermal strain on board, cpu, ram, gpu, hdd, ssd, psu.

Run Memtest 86 and see if you have a bad module.

Did anyone notice he never specified his Power Supply, bet anything it's a potato unit.

Sorry for late reply, my power supply is this one:
Antec Power Supply 620W ATX 24 pin High Current Gamer HCG-620 Active-PFC Retail

Today i clean up the dust and reinstall the the heat-sink into amd cpu back to it from what i notice there was a lot of dust below the heatsink or call it (Cpu Cooler Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo)plus the compound was all over the place the old one.

Also i would also like to ask is it natural for my pc to run on 49 temperature my cpu?while being in bios you can see in the picture below.

I will try to do a memtest86 tomorrow since it will take time right? and i am noob so i don't even know if i make it xD

and btw thanks for helping.

Did you install all of your drivers when you reinstalled windows?

I don't think that's the problem but it's still a good idea if you haven't.

The windows updates them automatically.

Try a different PSU or replace USB drivers?
Well, i don't have a spare one to try that so that might be difficult. If the problem is my psu i am gonna replace it if that's the problem.

Maybe could be the Horse power of that CPU:laugh:

Sorry if i am in some way sarcastic but i am in a good mood today ;)

I like horse powering jokes so tell me more because i am noob xD what do you mean the power of cpu?
Make a definition so i can understand. Like "in my previous old computer the max ram i was able to put was 4gb because the motherboard couldn't handle more"

This is what i mean by definition.

That GPU is pretty weak, but I'm suspecting ram or psu issue.

What gpu you mean cpu or like graphics card or motherboard or psu?

What`s the temperature of the CPU/GPU when this happens? Install hwinfo, it will show the temperatures as well as voltages. I`ve had a similar problem caused by a power supply failing, also seen dust cause it as well.
Today i reinstall the heatsink into amd there was below a lot of dust. The temperature i think is 49* when in bios you can see the picture below that i posted. i also made a report of hwinfo if you would like to see at: http://chessopenings.epizy.com/test/test.HTM

I also noticed the outside fan of the case seems not working it worked once when i moved a little bit the cable but then it stopped again could that be the problem for that temperature?

I notice everyone has pointed to hardware except @jmcslob who mentioned drivers being reinstalled.

I'm with him, because whenever I have had this it has usually been a sound or motherboard chipset driver that has crashed.

You say you cleaned the CPUs heatsink while removed, you did use fresh thermal interface material when you refitted the heatsink didnt you??

And that case fan seams dead, easily replaced in most cases.
