from howtoedge.com:

Microsoft brings a new attribute called “Recommended Troubleshooting” for its users. The company rolls this feature so as to automatically resolve common issues that occur from time to time. In earlier versions of Windows, users have to manually trace the problems along with their addresses to incorporate the right troubleshooter. With the onset of this Recommended troubleshooting, the OS will detect the trouble and start the diagnosis as well.
This event in red means there was an attempt to fix a critical issue on your computer, but the attempt either failed or was canceled.

Wasn't it when you forgot to plug your drive a couple days ago ?

Anyway, it's history and should not bother you much now.

As a troubleshooter it'll run a series of predefined tests all of which won't find a damn thing wrong and then it will tell it was unable to fix a non-existent problem so pretty much ignore it and move along if everything is running fine

Yup pretty much if your machine is running fine then ignore the warning it's meaningless garbage
