What game has never existed, but that you would want to play? Share your ideas!

ActionMan -- An RTS based on APM as an explicit tactic rather than a hand-stance / finger dexterity practice that Starcraft / Starcraft2 typically becomes.

ActionMen (in ActionMan) are APM-limited. A 10-Action man is limited to 10-commands per minute. This means that severe clicking (arrow dodging in AoE2, PsiStorm dodging in SC / SC2, etc. etc.) will be penalized as your ActionMen run out of actions.

Ummmm... beyond that I haven't though it through too much. I think that a degree of automation should be included (Stellaris's chips / AIs are interesting. "Artillery Chip" in Stellaris auto-kites enemy armies for example). But such "programs" will necessarily eat up the precious resource of "actions" of your army.

Still: the goal is to have a game where the bottom-level decisions are made by the computer (rather than finger / keyboard dexterity).

-----------

Note: a real game exists called "Armored Brigade", wherein your commands are latency-limited. It takes between 1-minute to 20-minutes (depending on radio conditions) for any unit to receive a command from the player. Because of this, rapid-pace clicking / APM wars are impossible in Armored Brigade. And I do think that higher-levels of strategic thought come out as a result.

Ever since VR became a thing, I’ve dreamed of a mixed-reality shooter where your headset scans your surroundings and throws in photo-realistic monsters that interact with your space, like something bursting through your wall or lurking under your bed. Open your window and you've got a swarm of doom-like beasts in your garden running up to your house - pull out the RPG and blow them to pieces!! The possibilities are SO MANY! It would have to be fully portable, ultra-x-100 immersive and totally adrenaline pumping, with visuals so real it'll have you shitting in your pants.

But lets face it, we’re still far from that level of tech. My fear being by the time its ready I’ll be 80, hobbling around with a walking stick, hearing aids and poor vision..... trying to fend off monsters in my living room - that would be a disaster and a good chance to be sent packing with a heart attack.
This is it. The killer app for VR

Along with a selection of mods for MP, such as one that makes it a full-on sim racer.

Pokemon Go: The Horror Game

I would like a game where you are a mage (DnD style) in a modern world.
Good to know, I will check out the mods list and see if I can find it. I have played and I enjoy the soft physics of the game.

A very well done Macross game. My favorite Macross/Robotech is Rick Hunter's story. I would like to see different modes of gameplay ranging from first person shooter, 3rd person action, high octane arcade style flying missions similar to After Burner Climax and even some driving missions.

A high budget AAA title with an excellent story and high replay value. All of our favorite characters from Robotech including Roy Fokker and Ben Dixon.

A racing game based solely on modes of transportation that existed before the age of steam.

an apple pippin port of doom.

honestly i just want a historical (not modern warhammer engine) total war set in assyria, with realistic skin flaying action.

So here is a strange idea and yes I'm joking around. Quake II Election Special Edition. Winners of the competition get to pick the delegates in their state for the next election cycle.
