What graphics card will you recommend?

hope you guys can help ;) thank a lot

I'm really disappointed in the advice given out here. You stated you are new to this and don't want to spend a lot. Here is the best solution:

Get this card: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43753kr
Plug it into your pcie slot.
Play.

It will give you around a 4x performance increase compared to what you have now: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-750-Ti-vs-AMD-Radeon-HD-8570D/2187vsm9112
No PSU worries.

that looks good for me to solve the problem, the question here now is if that will be enough? still i think for this price it should be a good quality product shouldn't it?

Like I stated earlier, the particular game you mentioned is a very poor PC port. It won't run well on any hardware. The 750 Ti will however get you a massive improvement compared to where you are, and the expense of going after better performance makes little sense. Too many things may need upgrading. I'd recommend going for the 750 Ti now and save up for a completely new system down the road if you want better performance.

EVGA is the best GPU company IMO.

Yes , GTX 750 ti would be an improvement but it is not great for full HD gaming in some games . Second , both owned PSUs are of not very good quality . Otherwise , well GTX 750 ti is a soluton

Well, he can roll with 750ti, or get a new PSU and a 960 or greater for a better (read more fps, higher IQ, may last 2 years...) gaming experience.

...said he didn't want to spend a lot so the psu and 960/amd equivalent may be off the table...

...it's up to the op at this point.

I'd look into getting a new PSU regardless though.

750ti will be a significant upgrade for at least some time, which will allow you to start saving for a more powerful system with quality components, most notably PSU.

I wouldn't want to invest too much in an APU based AMD system for gaming, it just has its limits whatever you do and I think the 750ti will balance out nicely with the CPU part. More so than 960. Given your budget limit that really does seem the best path atm.

Whenever you start on that new system, if you don't feel like selling the current system, it can do well as a HTPC or something, or a backup rig. At that point you could even sell the 750ti off again. All in all that makes the actual cost of the 750ti very limited.

i spent about 2-3 hours watching videos on Youtube how GTX 750 ti performs . The guy managed to get 30FPS on full HD by some tweaks for any game . It wasnt Ultra but it will do the job .

Sounds like a monumental waste of time considering there are reviews, like at TPU that will tell you, in mere seconds........;)

well im not looking for a HD quality but smoothness when im playing if it will run smoothly in like low-med graphics im fine ;D

In the videos it's more likely that the user will fiddle with the settings to actually get it to work at a decent FPS, while benchmarks are more concerned with ranking a full range of cards at high settings.

will do, it's supposed to be in tomorrow morning, so i'll get it on when i get back from work around midnight ;)

Steps
1.getting GTX 960
2.new PSU , if needed
3.getting new CPU/mobo , if needed
That's all kinds of backwards,IMO
PSU comes 1st,every time :p
That 750 Ti..
MSI ..I like their GPUs..doesn't have to be a lightning to be OK.
MSI..better than ECS.
i've lost quite a few hours today due to ECS.
While there's no smoke..I almost wish there was to put me out mah misery.
oh..so far i can only manage a 3990Mhz OC tooo
That's not right.
