https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product...00-xt-6-gb-video-card-axrx-5600xt-6gbd6-3dhoc - This one is actually a AXRX 3DH OC compared to a red devil power color but i dont know what the difference is. I do want a 6GB VRAM card but i dont mind paying 200 AUD more for a better 8GB VRAM card.

Is RTX 2070 Super better than these power color rx 570, 580 or 590 cards and is the 5700 or 5700 XT equal or differant what is the latest card from power color red devil?

Is red dragon later than power color red devil or red devil is more later.

best way too decide is make a spreadsheet with side by side spec numbers. Then, decide to do more research on 2 of better ones that you like best.

Me personally, i would go with a 8GB version and the cheapest one( save money ). Damn those cards are expensive, might want to shop on ebay to save money. I bought a Asrock phantom 8GB 570 for only 144 bucks.

Why not RX 590 ? Or is it more expensive where you are? Just asking...

570, 580, and 590 are FAR worse than a 2070 Super. All three get trumped by a 1660 even.

5700 XT loses to a 2070 Super as well, but at least it's much closer to a 2070 Super in performance than the 570-590 are.

5700 XT is 93% the performance of a 2070 Super, a RX 590 is 54% the performance of a 2070 Super, while a 570 is only 44%.

5700 XT is a good card, and if it's significantly cheaper than a 2070 Super it might be a better purchase, but none of those GPU's match a 2070 Super in performance.

5700XT is faster than 5600XT, the 5700 non XT sits between those. all of these 3 are faster than the 580. Unless budget is large, I would want to know what resolution your monitor is and what is your CPU in order that you can select the best card for a balanced system.

5700 non-XT or 5600XT are the best price/performance among those you mentioned

to play at 1080p all you need is a 5600xt
for 1440p get 5700xt or 2070 super

If I were to choose I'd get 5700 non-XT

Not knowing what resolution and refresh rate you playing at makes things difficult.

I'd start off by saying that the 5600 XT is the 1st AMD card of significant note on 7 years.

Look at the tests here on TPU, you will find that, at 1080p, there's no degradation in performance with 3GB of VRAM. When ya have two cards one at 6GB and one at 3GB and go from 1080p tp 1440p results in 0 change in relative performance, that argument simply has no legs.

That card will cost ya $472.91 down under ... and as with just about every AMD card has little (3.2%) OC headroom

The reference 2060 scores 97% but the MSI 2060 Gaming also tops the reference 2060 100% to 97% making the card as equal as one is ever likely to see. But that card vOCs 6.5% giving it an edge of 3.2% (105.5 / 103.2). Back in the day, that might have been worth considering but prices have skyrocketed in recent weeks

For whatever reason, prices of nvidia card have spiked up to +$200 in last few months, nd so have man other components.. We have advised users not to buy or build anything at this time.

The 5700 is just 6% faster and is up in the $600+ range down under. The 5700 XT is 23% faster but well up into the high $600 range. If I were you, I'd wait till late fall and see what the release of new card from both camps, as well as the world wide economy does to current pricing. If ya can't wait I'd buy the 5600 XT. It will deliver 100 fps in Witcher 3 at 1080p amd 72 fps at 1440p.

Please provide system specs and use case for gpu.

Powercolor usually goes red dragon, red devil, red devil golden sample in terms of cheapest/best, there's usually not much between them tbh and probably moreso with the OC headroom (or lack of it) on the 5700xt, perhaps the cooling solutions are better on the more premium versions.

I would disagree with the comment that you should go for the 5700 over the 5700xt though as you can find the powercolor 5700xt starting from about £20 more than the regular 5700 (non-XT) which to me seems like a worthwhile price to pay. 5700xt sits between RTX 2060 super and 2070/2070s trading blows with all 3 NVIDIA cards depending.

Who cares whether a $400+ card uses 50w more power than their competitor card? does the extra $10 a year (if that) in electricity make a dent in your finances? sick of seeing this redundant argument in 2020, if the card is well cooled as with the rest of your case and components, who cares?

OP buy the best your budget can afford and if that's AMD or NVIDIA then go for it and just be happy with your decision, there will be nay sayers in both camps so unoless it's a poorly designed cooler from gigabyte or a much less capable card then just enjoy your money and your purchase and buy what you want to buy and enjoy it :toast:

From that list of cards, I wouldn't pick the Powercolor. ;)
