What is my computer doing?

Maybe you should of clicked what was right in front of you.

@Bill_Bright
that was meant as a joke, but i saw what i forgot.
i will now label things.. :D

so because you never saw more than 3 rigs fixed/day, means no one does, ok.
working 5 days per week i had a minimum of 3-5 to work on every day, mainly because i was the only full time/with enough experience to do more than clicking "next" on a screen, and promos for "free" services made for enough traffic, or (when working in Europe) because we were literally one of 2 shops offering local repairs.
and as example, going from 75 to 87% custom satisfaction index within 3 month for the whole store, not just "tech" dept, does not happen because you fixed 3 rigs a week at avg of 100 customers/day.

LOL I guess that snake in the grass eluded several of us. :oops: Yeah - that often overlooked little gem can be very informative and helpful in scenarios like this.

"Never saw"? :( Wow. Again you misrepresent what was said. I think it sad you have to twist people's words around to justify yourself, and to divert the attention away misteps - in this case the outdated and thus inaccurate claims about sleep/hibernation and PCs. :(

I certainly have seen more than 3 in a single day. In fact, we occasionally got "pallets" of broken computers in at one time. What I said was,
A 1000 computers per year. That's impressive. That averages nearly 3 computers every day - assuming 7 days a week, no vacation, holidays or sick days off.

Point being that is nearly 3 a day, "EVERY" day, 365 days a year.

But since this has nothing to do with the OP's topic, I'm moving on. Have a good day.

sleep mode then immeadiatly log back in for a boost of ram in MB and latency drop
