a physics engine thats owned by Nvidia.
in order to use it, you pretty much need an nvidia GPU.
it aint that popular, it tends to make games crash/lag a lot.

Just physx supporting games, supposed to add "improved" hardware physics support to games to make them more realistic or rediculous, things breaking, particles, effects, etc, check out the links above for more info. 
hmm, maybe iam just slow but how does games get more realistce? better graphics or what o:? Iam playing wow, aion and cs mostly and i cant thnk of how they can be more realistice o;;

none of those games support physX.
CS and WoW are so outdated, its hard to think of them as even approaching realistic...
