what is the best graphic card overclocking test program

which program do you think is the best for testing stability at graphic cards

One or two runs of furmark. Really I just lookup what other people are overclocking their cards to, and go from there. I don't like running stress programs on my GPU's as it does nothing but torture them. I overclock, then play a game or run 3dMark.
