What is the name of this electronic component?

Unfortunately no, no text. Just "+" on top and that's it. Maybe it has something underneath, but it's still on PCB so I can't tell. Your links are under maintenance at the moment, I'll check them sometime later...

Ok. Well then tell that Q6 transistor readings, it's probably amplifier for that buzzer. Amplifier circuits for buzzers are usually quite simple, i.e. one npn -transistors and couple of resistors. You said it's makes sound for that button press, try to figure out how it's is routed. It might not be even that buzzer which is broken, you should check the voltage over it while pressing that button.
