That would be sweet and sour all at once. I bought a PS4 mainly for The Last of Us 2. I never expected to wait this long for the game. I'm sure if it does come out on PC it will be like a year after it releases on PS4 and I'll buy it again on PC anyway just because.

Also depends on the settings you use on specific games. Which is interesting, at least with PS2 emulation, could have two games in the same series have two wildly different configuration set-ups.

The only one I want is Bloodborne as that game just screams to be played at higher than 30fps, early post release with the few early patches has helped with the load time and frame rate but its still bad in certain areas and against bosses.

The only game i havent been able to play but wanted to is Spider-Man. Will probably buy a PS5 anyways for the new C
Controller and presumed Cost/Performance ratio and longevity. I've opened up some PS3's/PS4's and have generally been impressed with the quality of components used.

Yeah, since it's an episodic game, I'm not in a hurry of playing it as I'll catch up the early adopters later on. No need to get an used PS4.

Waiting for the next episode just pisses me off in episodic games, it took over an year in Life is Strange 2, so in FF VII it will probably take years for the game to be complete.

Well, got the PS3 emulator to work and obvious first game I tried was DEMON'S SOULS. Works on my laptop but would work better on OVERKILL, obviously. Grabbing more games, exclusives, of course.

1) MGS IV: Guns of Patriots
2) Uncharted series
3) Little Big Planet
The last one was a blast in co-op mode, but smashing your partner with a frying pan in the face is even more fun.

Has anyone tried PS Now? Thoughts? It seems to be Sony's answer to Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass but I haven't heard as much about it as the XGP.

RPCS3 emulator.

I know I'm forgetting a lot. Going for PS3 and console only exclusives with rare exceptions. Obviously should get Metal Gear Solid 4, Ninja Gaiden (rest), Sly Cooper 2-4, RESIDENT EVIL exclusives, GTA San Andreas & Vice City Stories, Captain America, and well, many more. Passing on Final Fantasy since I'm not a fan of the series. Resistance Trilogy, Killzone, Uncharted, and Gran Turismo is quite large regarding HDD space allowance. Fine since I have 1.35TB free on the 2TB HDD dedicated for emulation.
Many play fine on OVERKILL, kind of okay on MSi laptop, and the mid-tower isn't even set-up. I highly suggest, if available, to grab the PSN versions if available. Seems to work better compared to the BLUS or BLES serial things.

Let's just say it's early access for a reason. I was overoptimistic since it had 7 years of "development", however, any game company that states a game has been in development for 7 years and still needs early access means anyone who buys it is simply a fool's fool.
