What PSU should i get ?? (i live in a poor country )

Hello Guys So i live in algeria (africa ) psu are expensive and we dont have a good psu manufacturers like evga or corsair
so i want you guys to help me out to pick the best psu since we have a very bad electricity (we dont have ground wire btw in my country

) and btw i only need 500W for my system
here are the available psu :

Cooler Master MWE Bronze 650W V2 : 98$
Gigabyte B700H bronze :96$
Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W : 70$
FSP HYPER M 85+ 550W bronze : 89$
Raidmax Vortex RX-500AF-V Bronze 500W : 68$
thermaltake smart se 630w bronze : 75$
Gigabyte p650b bronze : 85$
im thinking of getting one of gigabyte psu's i found on the net that they have good capacitor

Well atm I am using FSP Hyper 700W and is rock solid also I was using Cooler Master& Thermaltake before in some builds nothing bad to say about those either....more or less all PSU from your list are decent brands and as long as you do not get some Chinese cheap unknown brand you will be good to go......

tbh you can have good electricity without being grounded and have constant problems with one that's grounded.
if you have problems consider an AVR unit.they're cheap.

An uninterruptible power suply could be a good investment in your case.

Not only does it ensures stable operation in the event of a power failure, but also remain stable regardless of the fluctuations in the mains supply.

ive got a Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W and dont like it, its noisy the fan that is but performs good , ive had a Cooler Master MWE Bronze 750W which had to be RMA but the second one was good and quite. can you get seasonic where you are because the focus range are not to pricey and darn fine performance and 10year garentee.
