What software do you use on your second monitor?

Main screen is general use.

Secondary screen always has my MSI Afterburner monitor up, with all relevant info on it, GPU core temp, fan speeds, load %, core voltage, GPU core/memory speeds, GPU memory usage, CPU core temps, CPU core loads, system memory usage; and when I have it on, TeamSpeak to chat with friends while we game.

Outlook most of the time. During coding sometimes browser/text editor/reference materials

i'm using 30" 2560x1440 and 19" 1280x1024

CPUID's HWmonitor and Windows' own Resource Monitor are always there, plus a clock gadget for when I'm running a full screen program on my main. But, from time to time, I let Media Player Classic run on it full-screen playing some video or another, and sometimes I use it with document viewers/web browsers when following tutorials. GPU-Z gets a spot as well when trying new games or tweaking old ones. It also servers as a dedicated monitor for Remote Desktop connections when I'm in need of one.

It does come in handy when using software with floating tool windows. Having the ability to edit materials while keeping the main viewport visible in rendering software makes quite the difference (though colour differences between monitors can be a pain, sometimes).

If I am playing on one, there's a browser on the other. I tend to play in fullscreen-windowed mode, and I also tend to both play and browse the web at the same time. The only exception is if I am playing a multiplayer game, in which case I might power down the second monitor. If I am not in a game, then I'll have many browser windows open, and if I am working I'll have a couple of specifications open, as well as Outlook, browser, IDEs, etc. I don't typically run full-screen windows in such a case: That's the advantage of high resolution monitors that can fit a massive amount of stuff across multiple-windows (good eyesight required).

1- Center one- main apps like browser, excel, word, photoshop etc
2. Left side- work email/docs
3. Right side- VLC or other media player, showing those live streams or videos of a certain person's smokin hot momma, doing those things she does best...  :D

I only use it at work as I constantly move programs around the two screens.

As of now I have the following open
two chrome browsers (each with multiple tabs)
two firefox browsers (each with multiple tabs)
two MS excel workbooks
one MS word
one notepad
one teamviewer remote desktop

I originally bought 2nd Monitor because I was multi-boxing Everquest 1 and then a couple other MMOs after that. Lately, its gaming on one, Waterfox and everything else on 2nd. Having widescreens (1920x1080) has been great, dont think I return to normal width (1024?).
