Hello guys,

I wanted to ask what might be the difference between:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 3.7 GHz

and

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (100-100000061WOF)

because amd 9 5900x (100 - 100000061) seems to be cheaper and I dont know the reason why, i would like to know what's the difference between these two? They seem to be the same to me!

There should be no difference, because WOF should indicate no stock cooler in the box. At least at launch 5900X never included a stock cooler - maybe that changed at a later date, or is region dependent.

Whatever the case, the 5900X is still the same.

Neither one comes with a cooler, 100-100000061WOF comes in the retail box, 100-100000061 is a tray SKU that'll just come as a small plastic container with the CPU in it.

Yeah, 5600X and 5700G are the fastest from 5000 series which have a stock cooler with them. Funny how my 5800X's box is the same size as 3600's box yet only the latter had a stock cooler.
