What's the difference between V1 & V2 of X58A-UD3R?

Hi guys...I'm planning to buy a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R but I see two versions. What's the difference between rev 1 and 2? Searched google about it but no luck so really need help.

Version 2.0 has 4 more phases of CPU voltage regulation and a special On/Off Charge USB header.
