What's the most efficient Architecture clock for clock?

Just make'em CHEAP please. Bang for the buck is of prime importance. Clock for clock requires a lot of computations and specification into the different operations as Wizard points out.

My head hurts already thinking about this so someone else better gather all the info. together and make a nice comparison chart so we all can peruse it.

Made by IBM for NORAD and other things that need a super powerfull cpu. They are dual core and run at 4, 5 and 6 ghz i think and they consume raw kittens for power.
