I love arcade racing, so I am not that keen to simulators:
1. Probably Burnout 3. I did play this a lot on Xbox
2. Burnout Paradise. I have compeleted this on PC(multiple times) and PS3.
3. Carmageddon 1(+splat pack). I don't know if this is racing game at all.
First 3 have so much hours in, that I can't even tell. Special mention Carmageddon 1 demo was played a lot. Demo had time limit and you could do some certain things in this limit. Like destroying that armored police vehicle.
4. Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2. This is game I will play again some day.
5. Need For Speed: Underground 2
6. Test Drive Unlimited 1
7. Carmageddon 2 if all of those missions were gone, it would have been so much better game
8. Motorhead from Dice
9. Pod
10. Star Wars Episode I: Racer
If I had to add console games Gran Turismo probably would be number 4.
