A little feedback on the B580 Nitro:
4K youtube: video codec load ~52% at 4K native monitor @60mhz
2160p HEVC (h265) 143GB movie: video codec load ~26% at 4K native monitor @60mhz
Average power on desktop: 20W with my two monitors
First boot after I plugged the card: Firmware update started before driver installation
Only game I tested is Rogue Company (I know it's old, but I really like it). The game had an immediate problem with the card. From time to time the screen would go black for 2-3 seconds and then proceed as normal. I turned off Steam overaly which helped a bit by reducing the number of black outs, but didn't solve the problem. What DID, however, was turning on Vsync in the game. Not a single black out after I turned on the Vsync. I think the driver's option about "variable refresh rate" messes with the game.

EDIT: and a little observation of mine, which may or may not be correct, but I was looking into their professional line up. So they debuted in workstation GPUs with Arc Pro A60 and A50. And back then compared to their desktop line there was some difference. The Pro-line supported:
Interestingly, the A770 was also ICV certified for Autodesk Inventor, which was a "gaming" card. Deep Link, was discontinued though. And in this year's second gen I can't really tell what's different hardware wise between their desktop and workstation line. I mean sure the B50 Pro is a 16GB and my Nitro is a 12Gb card, but the rest is pretty much the same. Same node, same architecture, same codec engines (B580 does support AV1 decoding). Might as well certify their whole desktop line as workstation GPUs IMO.
