For the last 1 year, my computer usually freezes and restarts itself for a few seconds while I am in the game (sometimes very often sometimes rare) there are whea logger 18 and kernel power 41 errors in the event viewer
I'm very confused, I don't know if the problem is from the psu or the processor/motherboard
Solutions I tried:
close xmp
update the bios
replace ram
i also did a cpu stress test from prime 95 for 40 minutes no problem
I did the occt psu test, still ok
System :
Gtx 1650 Super
ryzen 5 2600
a320m s2h
16gb xpg d60g 3000mhz ram
thermaltake v200tg rgb case + 600w 80+ thermaltake psu

Can we see screen shots of this?
From a little search kernel power 41 is “just” the unexpected shutdown and not the cause of problem.
Your real issue must be the Event ID 18.
It’s the known “Cache Hierarchy Error”

This could indicate a faulty CPU.

Have you done any overclock to the R5 2600, or any overclock to any system component?

no, i don't overclock to any pc component

I'm thinking of buying a ryzen 5 5600 if my processor is broken, but I need to change the motherboard, right?

WHEA error 18 is usually CPU or RAM related. Can you post a screenshot or copy/paste a last error entry?

WHEA'nın 18 sonu CPU veya RAM ile ilgili. Bir ekran yönlendirme veya son bir hata girişini kopyalayıp/yapıştırabilir misiniz?

About 1 hour ago, while playing valorant again, the computer first entered a drop, then froze and went to a black screen. It was fixed when I rebooted from the power button

Do you have RAM running at XMP or JEDEC(stock) profile? Try selecting either a 2133 or 2400MHz profile and see if it helps. From personal experience I know for sure that Promontory boards and Ryzen 1000/2000 series are awful at handling XMP/AMP profiles, even when both can do same or better with manual overclock.
If RAM is fine, and you still get BSODs at lower memory clock, then most likely causes are either a broken driver(usually happens after updates), or (more likely) a faulty motherboard.
CPU is a rare suspect in cases like that.

Test PC with memory stability test (like TestMem5, custom settings recommended).
Your RAM stick(s) may be damaged/faulty.

I will try this, when I turn off xmp, my ram works at 2666 mhz, in the past it was not a problem when using it at 3000 mhz

how long does it take for the test to finish?

Depends on CPU/RAM speed and settings used.
Default test (no custom), may take 30-60 minutes+ on slower settings.
Faster setups do it in 15-20min.

“Cache Hierarchy Error”

This could indicate a faulty CPU.
Ryzens seem to usually report this. It can happen, just because the VRAM temp is too high or the system RAM temp is too high. In some cases, it's possible for the RAM to get "flaky" at less than 70C!
