Go to> Private messages (top right of the forum window), on the list on the left once you have clicked this you will see EDIT OPTIONS click that then scroll down somewhat (to the forth description box titled "Date & Time Options"

I still cant find an option in my usercp to change how the date is formatted!?!

Wiz's change is better, but the format is still wrong. Should be DAY MONTH YEAR, or YEAR MONTH DAY, and not MONTH DAY YEAR. Just like it should be HRS MINS SECS, we dont mix it up and go HRS SECS MINS!

This forum's date format has definitely changed. It used to be ISO 8601, not anymore!
