It's all ready been done. You should be able to get it through windows live update if you haven't all ready. Or hunt down a download only one from google

When I compared the KB # from that to the RTM I got from another sourse, they were the same.

Yup, they are all the same and there were several builds. Never rely on that to determine the current build (5512). Google for it, I'm sure you will find it. MD5/SHA1, signature, date signed and file size must be the same as the original using Sigcheck. That's the best way to find out if the file you download is legit or not. In any case it should be released in 2 more days.
