Where to get ES cpu's?

Where do you get them? I never see any on ebay. I was thinking buying floor samples of computers in bestbuy or something? I rarely see them on ebay, only one 2.8E ES on there now.

you get the from intel only by working together with them. technically the ebay sales arent legal because ES cpus are property of intel and stay property of intel even if you get one from them.
in the past there were cases were intel shut down auction of es cpus
