As far as I know, none of the "3D" games of the second half of the 90s used any kind of dynamic lighting. But which is the first PC game use any dynamic lightning?

I want to say unreal 1 had some sort of dynamic lights as well I'm just not sure if it was truly dynamic in it's first iteration.
