Which set of DDR3 ram is better?

I'm having a hard time choosing parts for my new AM3 rig. What ram is better? One has a better timing, the other has better speed.

or would you go with a different set all together? (If so, please keep the suggested close to the price of the currently selected RAM)

Since they're both ddr3 1333mhz better to get better timing.
