Which Windows 7 RC build should I download and where?

Finally going to have some sort of gaming rig at my disposal on Saturday after months of being without one and I'm obviously going to need an OS so thought I would try Windows 7. Which build is the most stable and where can I download it from ready for Saturday?

To my knowledge, there is only one you can download legally which is the Release Candidate.
