This year's CES was the first online-only event in the history of the tradeshow.

We've seen numerous presentations from companies in the hardware space, which presentation did you like most?

thats what these events really are about, its an elaborate media circus to toot one's own horn with the occasional product announcement tossed in.

No one who voted AMD watched that drivel. I saw about half before turning it off... I say this as an AMD fan, that keynote was a complete waste of time and the worst of the CES presentations this year.

Hi,
Since no products are around it made no sense to watch any of them just vaporware talk
AMD would of been the most interesting.

The AMD was weak but I loved the response to Intel. Dr Su even wore a blue suit and did not look at the numbers when she was talking about 11TH Gen vs 5000.

It showed AMD's position in the market. I expect (it they have stock) that those 8 core 5000 notebooks will sell like hotcakes. It also confirmed what I have been thinking. Threadripper was introduced for the masses (1900X). By the time 2nd gen came out Lucasfilms (Disney) has been using threadripper(epyc) to render those beautiful images we see in shows like Mando. I was also impressed with how AMD made it's mark on COVID 19.

We'll I was genuinely surprised just how many were covered even if running at the same time and the few I watched were reported more than adequately, appreciated.

Yeah. I only watched the ASUS one since they were doing a giveaway but I don't think CES presentation from thr big 3 (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) are ever that exciting. So I was surprised to see the result and came here to check what the hell I missed. Guess it's the hivemind at work.

As an AMD fan I only watched AMD's presentation and yes, it was bad and empty.
I did liked (obviously) the Greek flag (just a coincidence) in that racing demo.

P.S. I haven't voted. Most people probably read "Which company you support?" in the poll question.

Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
I enjoyed watching sites and channels rip into all of the CES presentations for how awful they were.

I voted Gigabyte, because in a sea of presentations that were torn apart by the media, I don't recall hearing a single thing about Gigabyte. In a game where everyone loses, the player sat on the sidelines comes out on top.

The fanboyism is high with this one. I mean I have an AMD cpu too, but AMD's was definitely the worst presentation. Practically no news at all and like 80% was talking with partners about stuff nobody gives a cr@p about..

Well everybody expected to hear about what they wanted to hear from AMD. The mic drop was the best though and almost made up for the lack of any news on the compelling products we all want.

I voted to AMD in the name of Eternal Sarcasm.

None of the shows were good. This was no CES just a bunch of half-baked promo events.

The whole point if CES is that both press and potential buyers are present, so there is something at stake in regard of what the manufacturers take to the show and how they represent it. The actual phisical presence gives the whole thing meaning.

While far from normal there were some good highlights. The MSI Sea Hawk Card looked really interesting.

AMD was just flexing. There were a few interesting bits, but I found the Nvidia presentation much more informative. Plus they announced that resizable BAR support is finally coming in March, so they have my vote.
