Why i get instability Bios warning after 4 days.

If my machine doesn't shutdown cleanly a couple of times in a row, it will automatically conclude that it's my overclock that's unstable. This happened to me when running Windows 10 several times, despite a "clean" shutdown. This doesn't happen to me in Linux unless the machine is unstable (with respect to hardware or software.)

Are you certain that the machine isn't crashing on shutdown or is actually hibernating or going to sleep incorrectly?

Thanks all for reply,
Yea sleep and hibernate everything working perfect I mean in 2 months of new ram purchase i havent got any single crash while operating pc, i often play games like gta online for 4 to 5 hours, sometimes all day(if network get stable) but bios warning appears after 4 days, after warning i always check event log, as i mentioned event id's earlier, most related shutdown problem, but I perfectly remember that i shutdown properly..

Edit. What are the other symtom of ram issue?especially in event log?

mainboards from newer times have a lot of settings for ram and there are memtests and internal test before booting.
it really would be easy to try 1x ramstick and see if its a prob with your mixed ram.
i am not talking bout windows test-because on asus motherboards when ya disable memtest you can boot fine with settings that are not really stable.
maybe your sticks are 1x hynix and 1x samsung and double and single sided(that i know and thats enough for trouble)- look at your ram from the side and tell me which version ya got(something like v.4.21 or v.5.31......)

if the 1st numbers dont match ya have differrent manufacterer and diff rank-to me thats enough for your trouble.
but i could be and hope i am wrong.

3.20ver and second one is 3.31ver
I hope my money not wasted :(
I would also test it one by one,

So is my ram have different manufacturers? Btw i was testing memtest86 on boot, i tested one ram for 2.5 hours, after that software said test complete, how to allow it to run at full day?

dont forget i just give info i know but i could be all wrong too. but that is internet help.

no first number=3=micron\crucial(thats good) and the rest we know is 1x dual ranked and 1 single ranked.
best test for me is what ya do everyday with your pc.
what i see in your first post is that the mainboard tries to go back to 2133mhz ram from 2400.
would try whithout xmp and at 2133 with loose timings or what the mainboard defaults to.

like others stated clear cmos and try with defaults.

and you did not have the problems with the other g.skill ram??

Not always it goes back to 2133, last time when i got warning from bios i just pressed f1 then saved as it is, in windows it was still 1200mhz:2400,
I also tried to run it at stock settings without xmp, but the msg came again after few days..
So im testing my second ram, now i know how to test in long period, i just increased test numbers, i only tested first ram for 2.5 hours no error, will spend more time, after second ram test.
Then I will test both with memtest for 15 hours,

One thing people here havent noticed the main thing i wanted to describe,
When the error or any problem came while using pc, even bios error never happened if i restarts pc manually,

Bios warning only happened in fresh boot like next morning..
If its problem of ram then the error should appears every boot or if i restart pc manually or while playing game.
Strange..
I will also test my ups again, by turning on and off contiuesly..

does it say : overclocking failed push F1 to recover or something?
is there a cold boot ram setting in your bios? or a memtest?

there is a difference between a cold boot or a restart ya do manually=1st is harder

i would not count on the test to find an error after a longer period because you tested a lot but it should be fine after 2 hours.
but thats me i like testing real world more like the software running for hours.

easiest would be if ya put your old g.skill ram in it and if thats whithout probs ya have it

Yea thats the only way left to find the issue,
I havent even clear cmos after new ram installed, is it necessary, is that can be the cause too?

Edit. No it does not say overclocking failed, it loose like power failer instability,
I posted the pic earlier of that warning

Edit.
I also saw this

good find!
but thats the prob with hardware=can be anything=so first go back where ya started to see the probs that started when ya changed something-if its not the ram(retest with your old ram) then maybe it could be your power supply.
did ya try what the guy did = disable anti surge protection
but ya have to do 1 step after the other.
i say ram because thats what ya changed-it would be bad luck that something broke during or after your change.

best is ya have a friend with which ya can interchange diff hardware.

and clear cmos is always good to go back to start and just use the mainboard defaults-if you dont do this it could be a simple setting in bios ya changed and lead to that probs,

Second ram test done for 4.5 hours, no error,
Now both testing with memtest86+ for 10 hours with xmp enabled,
Cmos cleared,
Next step is to reapply old ram after testing..

Cmos battery been swapped?

Replace the cmos battery with a new one

Will do,
But for now the update is, testing is still on,
Its been more than 10 hours of both ram xmp enabled,
No errors.
Edit. Test done 12 hours no error

so that should be enough ram testing.
so there is just a cold boot problem. last chance would be your other ram.

and good idea from eidairaman1

did i get ya right when i say :
you let your pc off for 1 or 2 hours and then that error comes?
so you cut it completely off the power?
or is it in standby?

Find out what Bios Version You have installed currently first, make a backup or download that version and have it in a safe place ready to be installed if a newer bios version fails to install. If the bios is pretty old, install each bios version after what is installed until you hit 3402.

read this on how to do a proper bios update

going to update bios soon, will tell you if any problem occur.

Follow my last post and you should be ok, just do a clear cmos before flashing a new bios
