Wife's YouTube,shopping pc/semi nas

So my wife's little comedic win 7 machine died and it's pretty much completely proprietary eg motherboard PSU etc I tested the PSU which turned out dead and when I fitted a ATX one I had stashed away nothing worked still.

Asia being Asia older second hand parts are pretty cheap and rather than messing about working out if it's the motherboard,cpu or ram I think I'm just going to start off with a clean slate the system is just as I said mainly browsing and some YouTube and it will be used for storage(photos and other files just switched on as and when needed)
Anything on the below photo jump out to anyone bearing in mind 50baht equals about 1pound/euro

For just youtube and browsing I'd say the 3rd option with 2x4GB DDR3 and a GeForce GT/X 730 or 745 or 750 or Radeon R7 240 or 250 or 260 would be swell.

I have a 1gb nvidia gts something laying about so I'm gonna see if that's up to the task first before forking out anything over £20

No older AMD boards in your area? I still got a phenom 2 x6 that shuffles files around the home as well as hosting assorted services.
Either way, pairing it with a GPU that can handle the decoding for videos (youtube etc.) and any old machine should do just fine.

Maybe they got some older business machines on whatever websites you have over there? Lenovo M73 are decently popular here and you can find them now and then for like 30-40 dollars.

I didn't look at AMD because the intels are the same price and up until Ryzen intel always seemed the better choice.
I didn't bother going near any OEM's as I have alot of parts hidden away already such as cases, psu's and hard drives and as most of the dell/Fujitsu systems you see here all have proprietary PSUs and motherboards I wanted to steer clear.

I mean, G41 is probably fine for youtube, but damn that feels really way too old for comfort (at least to me).

A h61 is nearly £30 just for the board I'm not made of money £20 is all she gets for Cpu, motherboard and ram....

How come H61 cost more than H81? lol...

Here for £40 you can get working H61 barebones w/ i3 3220.
