alright. and I guess I must connect the monitor to the graphics card after installing the drivers while its still connected to the original port.

Oh no I thought there was nothing to change in the BIOS
hmm I think I will have to read the installation manual very well before starting anything. hope it all goes quite smoothly. But I want to ask will it be okay if I do not disable it?
think it will be fine but if not, I will remove the card, run the computer as usual, find how to change my bios then redo everything once again

Buying a low-end DX11 GPU is pointless becase they can't handle any of the DX11 features anyway, so you will end up playing all your games in DX10 mode anyway. And anything that is capable of actually using DX11 will overload your PSU.
But to answer you question, yes DX11 graphics cards will work with DX10 games and DX9 and DX8...etc.

Hey! I bought a GTS 450 OC edition not stupid GT 430. It's playing Battlefield Bad Company 2, Just Cause 2 and Sniper Ghost Warrior ALL MAXED OUT on my 19" widescreen. I also bought a fan and a new PSU. And I had cleaned the case. Those are very old pictures of the first time I had opened the case after one year. Didn't have much time to clean then since I had to post those pics. BTW I am grateful to this forum for not letting me buy that basic card. GTS 450 is excellent for my resolution.
PS- Happy New Year to TechPowerUp Forum!

And now I'm not gonna open it for a long time I guess and so I think it will be again like in those pics FYI
And if I may request, I want this thread to be locked as I need no further help.
