This picture explains it all.. i can not move the ML windows down anymore.. changing the resolution to smaller doesnt help and i cant increase it because it is already maximum..

You could expand the desktop to another monitor or even a tv and drag the window down.
That's the only thing that come to my mind for now...
 
I changed the skin to Bento and the ML was normal again
