Windows 10 formatting ?

Here is a pick of disk management
C and D are what is in my pc my main drive.
I take it the the top one with no drive letter is the new Seagate that is unallocated
So how do I assign it a.drive letter and format it to ntfs like my other drive
Do I assign it the letter A or B ?

You have to activate it in disk manager

Right click on the start and disk Management

Exactly this

@Hitman Select a drive letter other than A or B, those are reserved for legacy devices.

Man I must be a moron
As you can see from the pic I am in disk management
But where or how do I assign a drive letter
I am looking threw
File action view and help
I am right clicking on it and do not see how to assign a drive letter.

So I guess this moron needs step by step :-(

First you activate the drive, then assign a drive letter

I did not see any thing about got when going threw the new volume.

But it is showing up now I am going to try and load some stuff and see.
