Once again you have intentionally misrepresented what others have said.If you really think that, you SOO not paying attention. Have you taken the time to try LTSB/LTSC out? Not the same as Home or Pro, not by a long shot..

They are all Windows 10! Therefore even Home and Enterprise are very much alike. An added extra feature here, or omitted extra feature there hardly makes them "long shot" different. They are all the "Windows 10" operating system.
As for LTSC, once again taking just a few seconds to do some homework to verify facts before posting would show they are very much the same as Pro, but with added features for IT-based organizations. "Security updates" are made available just as they are with Pro. Only feature updates are not. But again, those feature updates do NOT make them "long shot" different - especially for the end-user.
