Think this could be a scam or even the slightest trust worthy ?

Need to find the cheapest but safe place to get either a Win 7 \ 8.1 or 10 license, does not have to be retail oem will be just fine.

I've purchased Windows 7 OEM's from Amazon quite a few times. The last Windows 7 Pro I got in 2014 from Amazon was $139. So at 75% Off it's a deal. I'll ask my wife tonight about it's legitimacy. She works at Amazon. Once you load Windows 7/8.1, you can upgrade to 10 for free.
Edit. I see it's from J&B. A second party Amazon vendor. They must have a lot of Windows inventory they want to get rid of.

The only way that can be legitimate is if the seller is trying to clear inventory.

That said: Amazon would likely reimburse you if a seller screws you over. All you really have to lose is time if it isn't legit.

If I was looking ATM, I'd give it a try. Amazon is supposedly quite good at backing up buyers from bad resellers.

Worst case scenario, It is indeed a bad key, but amazon would refund you in a heartbeat , they are great like that. I'd personally go for it.

It is likely legit. Notice it says "For Refurbished PC Installation". I get these licenses from my supplier for $35, so I can see $45 on Amazon being legit.

Do note though, these are basically upgrade OEM keys. The paperwork that comes with them will say something to the affect that the computer has to have a COA sticker for a previous version of Windows on it to legally install the Refurbished copy of Windows 7. You can do a clean install, and it doesn't actually ever ask for the key from the old version of Windows, but legally the COA from the old version has to be attached to the computer along with the COA sticker from the refurbished WIndows 7.

Not sure about this particular one, but there are a lot of pirate sellers on Amazon, usually with low too good to be true prices.

A client of mine got scammed by one some time back. The disc and packaging were clearly counterfeit and the key wouldn't activate as it was blocked. Amazon gave an immediate refund and blocked the seller.
