But there's always a process to it. I want them to be EXACTLY like retail discs. I forgot to add that it's good if it counts as a retail license (ie not tied to a HID).

I'd better dig up my old netbook to copy the WinXP key from the sticker on the bottom. I hope it isn't washed out ... so I don't need to power it up.

Never had an "upgrade version" in my life. I do know it says that when you have a full retail version though.
