Windows align to the left when monitor turned on

You can check your graphics card's webpage to see if there is a newer driver. I recommend reading the change/history file to see if the update addresses this issue.
 
Oh... I see what it's doing. I'm now DL the latest from the site but the driver thinks it is a TV as the Res for monitor there no res for 1080p but yes for TV

... Nope still. I tried to change different HDMI ports but nope

According to the specs for your monitor here, the native resolution is 1920 x 1080. I suggest you set it there and see how it works.
 
there's no option for that in the Basic "Monitor" and only goes to 1680x1050
 
I'm confused now. Is this still with Linux?
 
No I just boot up into windows now. Why only in TV mode but not monitor mode hence it's titled as "Basic" lol

My Friend is going to buy a new cable

show us screenshots of whats happening

It's entirely possible the HDMI port you're using is the incorrect one on the display that doesnt support PC resolutions and EDID
