well i just used this tweak guide along with a reg edit program and all around coolness program to modify windows i whent through my startup programs 1 by one i took off stupid shit like mouse shadow and other stuff i made other programs not run "ALL safe and stuff comp still stable" and omg!!!!! my desktop sores!!!!!! it as wtf has stated before it "clicks around fast" its awsome it was the shit before but now it rocks i made my desktop that little button in your tool bar instead of on the desktop it self main erason i could feel it lag to load them i had so many and that helped boot time....man this thing rocks its sooo sweet im happy i modded windows good today took me a good 2 hours. i saved like 60mb on my background processes and i made things more streamlined all together its fast..yay me
