Windows Failed to start status. 0xc000000e

What the hell... don't use random third party crap for your drivers. Either let Windows Update manage them or download them straight from the manufacturer's website.

I have got Windows 7 on a separate drive all is as it should be.Bur i have the instal disc that came with the PC.The other two XP and Vista are installed from disc s i burnt to disc
idk, i think i've tossed some discs in the trash because installs seemed to be corrupt after awhile. i am almost sure that i've had .NET problems on XP (and maybe win7?) that took a new iso and media to sort out.

The youtubers, although sometimes correct are also getting paid to talk about certain software.

At the other forum I frequent, we do a ton of BSOD analyzing and a common factor in User problems are..... Driver Updaters.

Always get your driver from the manufacturer of the hardware.

You have hit the nail on the head.Net problems . Nvidia said it needed it but i had all ready manual installed it.o_OThe other problem was when i tried doing the GPUZ render test it said it could not any Dll,s on my PC.But that seems a problem a lot of people have.Someone on here told me to download Direct x.I have done that and finally got XP working as it should. Thanks to this guys exaltation videos .another Fav Retro you tuber.:)I still had problems with that i still had to get DirectX.I burned a lot of XP disks to get there. This one Get in to PC recommend by Scotty on here.:)I also got the Intragal version 21.9 which is working fine ,but did not want download the drivers for my usb3 hub.I had put it in here before and got those drivers on ,for it but it kept on crashing so i took it off.I tried the 2022 version but would not install 711 error
i think it was.

It is easier said than done unless you are after drivers for older Windows systems. o_O

It's not that hard. I can usually google up drivers needed all the way back to w98 if needed.........and were available.
Just have to put in a little effort.
Drivers for OEM's are a little more difficult, granted.

For Nvidia, don't use the ones from Windows Update. It's known for the "Nvidia-control panel-access-denied" bug.

Yeah, plus graphics drivers are mostly outdated on Windows Update. I spoke with the guy in charge of plug'n'play drivers and Windows Update at Microsoft and he said drivers can take up to 1-2 months to get validated for WU.

I always get the Nivida drivers and Directx online plus Net framework. Because on XP Nivida say that Net Framework is not instated, although I have manually installed it already o_Osometimes it works overtime,s it doesn't, I can,t get the DLL working on Vista I will give that up as a bad job. I have XP and 7 that's probably because I have the actual disc that came with the PC for 7.

Yes, I have heard that. Wow, no wonder they're out of date if it takes that long to get them validated.o_O

Problem is Windows 10 and 11 love to autodownload their generic crap.

The "Nvidia-control-panel-access-denied" bug, is on Windows 10.

On Windows 10, it's a bug where it reports access denied, if you try to change any settings, even when your account is an administrator account.

Don't know about 11.

Why can,t they release a basic lightweight version without all that bloatware.?o_O
Like they do on some Linux Os,s.:)
W7 wasnt intrusive like 10/11 are with auto driver downloads.

Station-Drivers.

The net problems were with Vista and win 7 ,in fact i never managed to get Vista net problems sorted.I put Win 7 and XP on separate drives. And tried to clone them to dual boot on one disc, of course that did not work.

Lol. You can't do that.
If you intend to dual boot, you need to do what I explained in a previous post.
