Anyone had this issue before, that can help me resolve it?
Something to do with the Firewall not turning on properly.

Have you run the troubleshooting tool?
Troubleshoot > Windows Update

Couldn't identify the problem. XD Helpful. XD

Read the instructions, did it, still no success.
Found another clue that would help you guys to help me get to the bottom of this:

Error 2.PNG

Even if I click Restore Defaults, it says the same.

Also, no Windows Update in my Services.

Do a fresh install.

Thinking about it, i have too much usefull software, I had to call you guys up and see if there is anyway I can save it.

Run elevated CMD

sfc/scannow

See what it says

You could also try running an off-line windows defender scan ,to see if it comes up with any issues

That^

And then this...
Code:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If that doesn't fix it, then do an in-place upgrade with install media of the same version.

If none of that works, then you'll probably want to do a clean install.

If things work perfectly I would rather NOT install new Win10 updates

Did that before on a os that wouldnt boot correctly, said it fixed problem but that was not true, it was a stupid windows update. He will need to most likely format the drive and install windows then refer to askwoody.com for windows updates that bork the os.

Also it could be one of his utility programs doing this too.
