My garage and my favorite tank. Best gun in the game. Fantastic accuracy (best of all I think) and 270mm penetration. T110E5 was the best until they nerft it to hell...

Wouldn't really want to mod much, but some I've already taken. Wouldn't try XVM and the crosshair mod, for example.

Sure man, different peoples, different tastes.

For crosshair a clean one with reload indicator is a must for me.
And about XVM I told you, some want it banned from game and some want it included by default.

As a side note (is not my case because after so many battles I have my routes on each map and I don't care what I encounter in front of me) with XVM you can take a quick look at your enemy. For example if you see a player with at least 4-5k battles and with a red efficiency and/or WR you can safely engage him because is almost sure that he's clueless but if your opponent is green/violet you should be more cautious in fight.

But as I told you XVM is mainly a GUI customization tool for me. Trying to play for fun here not for stellar statistics.

Mostly have Tier IV tanks now (M3 Lee, Pz. III, T-28, M8A1), except for my Tier III SPG.

Thats a nice UI you got there. So far I only use XVM as well. People think its wrong to judge people on win rates and eff rating and it is correct that when the player is still new it doesnt prove reliable. That said, after you see them having 5k+ games (XVM shows this) it tends to be pretty reliable. People with sub 47% win rate and sub 1000 rating, even being the top tank on your team will almost undoubtedly let you down if you try some sort of team or tactical action. And on the enemy team you can expect them to shoot casually at your unpennable armor as you destroy their weakspots.

More importantly on the other hand if you see allies or enemies with green or purple to their stats, they tend to help you out and do interesting things. A triple platoon with them will almost decide the game. On the enemy team as top tanks you are in for a world of hurt as your own weakspots get sniped and flanked.

One more thing it doesnt look like it at low tier, but they are correct. The tree will determine massive playstyle differences. Russian being easiest because they (the heavies) have best triad of armor, mobility, and big guns that pen everything in their IS series. Definitely recommended you do that first for a easy and fun first experience. KV-1 -> KV-1S -> IS -> IS-3.

I just facepalm'd a while ago. A TD, me in a medium, and two heavies. We're up against 1 medium and 2 heavies...AND ME AND THE TD ARE ADVANCING WHILE THE HEAVIES ARE LAGGING FAR BEHIND!!! WTF???

It's really quite hard to play with Tier IVs.

M3 Lee: Good enough gun, but relatively slow and not turreted
T-28: The only "Medium tank" here is the gun. Armor is still a bit like a light tank while it has the size of a heavy tank
Pz. III: It's still like a light tank except for the gun
M8A1: You can only hope you get into a battle where Tier IVs are the highest (case in point: "Penetration!" - no change in enemy's HP; "Hit!" - cause only single digit damage)

I was "opening" the other tech branches by rotating through various Tier 2s and some Tier 3s, thus unlocking some of the other Tier 4s. Although my primary objective now is to get through the T-34 line. And thanks to this game:

I now have the 85mm for my KV-1.

Finally went on to the SU 76 from my AT-1. Not sure whether I like it or not.

It's decently fast, which is fun, and the cannon is decent, but nothing more. And then there's the cardboard for armour, that sucks a bit. :S

Not enough money to replace my BT-7 with my previous Tier 4s LOL, but I have the A-20 now at least, while I also have the M3 Stuart to try opening THAT part of the USA tree. So right now it's KV-1, BT-7, A-20, Stpz. II and M3 Stuart. Still deciding whether I buy back my previous Tier 4s (M8A1, M3 Lee, Pz. III), get a new Tier 4 (T-50), or get some of the Tier 2s/3s.

I just stick with Soviet TD and SPG.

Tried Dragon Ridge with my SU 26, and god was it a horror. At least it got me closer to a SU 5.

Using an A-20 (Tier 4), I had no hope of damaging the VK3601H (Tier 6) at all...so I rammed him. We both died. LOL. Got a Kamikaze medal though :laugh:

With this new policy of golden rounds for creds some tanks really change. Lets say my E-100, and his 150mm gun. From terrible ding ding gun it has became one of the best guns in game... I don't use it all the time, but in some situations gold round is very welcome. Not to mention that is one of the cheapest rounds per damage in game. ..
