If you don't mind lowering the lifespan of the card (or potentially burning it out) that is.

Any one remeber Nvidia link boost tech on there 780i series? all that was was a bios setting you hit link boot and it put the PCIE mhz up, and did nothing for performance, and all it caused them was RMAs, so it was soon removed via a bios update and was never seen or heard of again.

110 mhz pcie does nothing for performance, like Ozzman sais.

Sometimes boosting the PCIE clock up will help stabilize system overclocks... but other than that I know of no real benefits.
