x1900xtx Freezes om OC

I've been using 601/801 for some time now. Every once in a while, the card would lock up when I'd load the OC values and I'd have to force the machine off and reboot. Then it would work fine. Today, it will no longer OC - it locks up wth even the slighest change to the GPU. Any ideas?

make sure your voltages are in 3d mode and not 2d(your core voltage should be 1.425 not 1.15), also you can only hit 600?? the stock clock for that card is 650??
