Update : Situation changed after i made a research on google , this is not a calibration problem but a hardware problem and common with ps3 gamepads even there are several fixing videos on youtube for ps3 random button firingPS3 Controller Problems (easy fix for random butto... but could not find one for xbox 360 controller .

So where should i look first /clean a picture of circuit http://www.nichnetwork.co.uk/wp-content/gallery/misc/360-controller-mod/W360controllerPCB.jpg

Problem : When i move forward with left stick , right trigger fires

Doesn't need calibration.

Thank you for fast responce , i have a problem with a game (darksiders 2 ) left stick is acting like right trigger and firing gun while it should not when i want to move forward ,It is why i wanted calibrate to see if calibration problem. (It is wireless btw )

I don't know how well Darksiders 2 supports X-box 360 controllers. I recommend you try to use X-padder. It
Xpadder simulates the keyboard and mouse using your gamepad
I use it with my X-box 360 controller and it works great for me.

For 10$ its worth the price.

Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Controller right click > Game controller settings > select 360 pad > properties > settings > calibrate

or use JoyToKey or Xpadder

After i posted this i tried some other games and found it repeats same behavior at other games , if i use left stick to move forward something assigned to right trigger fired/used . Btw darksiders2 support xbox360 controller natively , im trying not to use any other software if possible for now btw.

If calibration unnecessary what is the problem, wireless receiver ? Or controller ?Anybody seen similar problem ?

Download XBC or whatever the hell it's called. Windows 7 automatically downloads a driver of sorts, and this other thing, XBLA or something i dont remember the name, runs in the background for you. I have a totally non-legit xbox 360 controller from hong kong and it works perfectly with official drivers, and tried it out on darksiders 2 and it worked perfect except for analogue left stick to top left - character walks instead of running. And Viking battle for asgard the controls are messed up in the game, but no the drivers fault.
Google searchh xbxo 360 driver, and its XBxxxxxx something, somebody will correct me :D

Guys i need help to calibrate to my new xbox 360 controller for win .What i need is to learn which is z -axis ,which is y rotation and z rotation on controller ,can you look to controller pic on capcoms page and which button is which .thanks

You calibrate it by turning it off and turning it back on without touching anything except the Xbox logo. It zeros all the inputs when it first comes on.

It sounds to me like the devs screwed up on their bindings. I'd go into the game's control config and see if I can redefine it correctly.
