I read somewhere that you can control Windows Media Center with an Xbox 360 controller.
Though, I cant seem to do this... and no where in the Media center options does it have anything to do with that controller as a remote.

Have I missed something?

Im running Vista Ultimate 64bit & the controller is an Xbox 360 USB PC version.

I've never heard of using the controller. I know you can use the xbox remote for Media centre if you have a receiver.
The 360 controller is installed as a gamepad. Which i would imagine Media Cnetre wouldnt support as a navigation device.

aaah ok, that makes sense, i must have gotten confused by the using it on the 360 ;)

i dont know, but the remote that comes with the xbox, it turns on my laptop..

Lol. Your laptop must have an IR receiver on it or smthn. That must get pretty annyoing. Can you change the frequency on one or both of them?
