Howdy im not sure if i did make the topic in the right place but its ok i think

So i did buy this RX 580 from XFX 8GB 1366mhz but the box say its 1386mhz thats not the issue my problem is that i have weird boxes on my screen in diffrent type of games dont get me wrong is like a blackscreen or something cuz the driver recovers as normal and it happends as much as i still open that game but this not happends in some games like GTA V max out 2K res for 10hr+ works fine no crash no heating max temps 75-80c deppends but some games just TDR artifact crash for no reasone like not even start playing just pop up the menu and crash,i did try underclock/undervolt none of this works like 1366mhz stock 1.150v stock if i do 1367 it insta artifact on desktop like i said TDR recovers then if i do 1360mhz same thing happends i can do this by 100+mhz and still crash i have did try out the voltage same thing happends like 1.150v to 1.100v works for a short time and then same thing happends i did have gone to the silent bios but thats not silent is for mining its 1100mhz core/2150mhz mem with the same voltage as the default stock bios whats weird and same thing happends same crossbox on screen weird colors then recovers,i have done regedit custom windows/bios/linux/cmd/wattman/msiafterburner none works out and now something weird happend the voltage on stock is 1.050v max and wont use more like i can push the card to at his max power limit around 180watt and wont use more than 1.050v but if i use msiafterburner to just move 1mhz up or down the voltage goes back to stock 1.150v and then after 1min or deppends 10sec maybe it does the same crash i did a bios flash from another rx 580 same xfx but with a slight OC to 1386mhz and same voltage 1.150v but its using no more like its blocked to 1.050v.I can play for hours and max out 99%GPU usage every game that works also passes benchmarks as normal but the crashing issue is making me feel sick ....and if you wonder about other issues like cpu/mem/mob they are all new no temp issues or hdd/ssd issue this happend with my old motherboard also from 2006 old one same crash same artifacting i was using a GTX 550 Ti EVGA SC 1GB and made an upgrade to RX 580 8GB was a wonder :) but yeah not like this,oh and the psu is a small brand NJOY 750w 80+ bronz i think and here is a link to see what i mean by this might give you idea whats going on or might have the same issue i read that some has blackscreens and not this but i think is the same.....here is the link

For more info could ask maybe i can provide it might help to fix this
Thank your for your time

TLDR.

Take pics of white stickers from the card and get a gpu-z screenshot please ,while in gpu-z go to advanced tab, click on context menu and select memory/ram, get a screenshot of that tab.

Post all pics here

And get rid of that turd njoy powersupply before you njoy a dead system.

Get a Seasonic, SuperFlower based unit

And get rid of that turd njoy powersupply before you njoy a dead system.
Ha ha, to be honest i had one from Njoy that actually blown. So yeah as @eidairaman1 said, would be a great idea to swap it as soon as possible.

Howdy sure here are some pics you did ask the voltage on this pics is unlocked cuz i did try to manage the clocks and it was using 1.150mv as normal but after i restart the pc it goes back to block its self to 1.050mv back and stays there until i just go 1mhz up or down 1367/1365mhz this will force unlock to use 1.150mv.
About the psu i dont know what to say its new like atleast 1 year old i did not have a normal budget and it was on half price from 90$ to 50$ and i took it but the GPU was doing this from the day one same time i did buy the psu, might be the psu but i dont have spare one or nor to upgrade to another might have to ask around to a friend to see if they have a good psu to test my gpu with them.
About the GPU Bios i have did try out 2 of them one 1366mhz but that was weird cuz the 6-P state of that bios was 1.180mv and P7-8 was 1.150mv and the 1386mhz bios is the same as mine the stock that came with, same voltage but just slight 20+mhz on core clock all other settings are the same.
Thanks for your time !!

From the data

Your cards normal clock is 1366/2000 gaming and oc is 1386/2000.

However this card has a dual bios switch, 1 side has the gaming/oc bios and the other has the mining bios.

Did you buy this card used?
Where did you buy it from?
How long ago?

Also remove the gpu heatsink and get a pic of a ram chip please

Your bios switch is located in image below.

Also upon further investigation, XFX encourages to use AMD Wattman for the 1386 OC speed, it is all in the link

Oh no no there is no issue with the bios i just did try out other bios to make sure that might not have this issue with that weird TDR thing artifacting in some games random cuz like a time ago with 20.9.1-20.11.2 driver i think it was going crazy on desktop also did try the 20.4.2 same thing was running and to be honest i did try out every driver almost from 20.2.2 until now but i use the PRO ones feels more stable on my side also in games the ones that i use was Q3 and Q4,Q3 is good but some how has input lag and Q4 is much better so im on Q4.The card is new like atleast 1 year old almost i did buy it after the PSU but thats almost atleast 2 years old kinda.
Yes the bios is stock i have them both 1100mhz/2150mhz something like this was the mining and the stock 1366/2000mhz and even then when i did try to undervolt it was doing the same issue and cant RMA it cuz i did change the thermal paste after first 2 days and after that when i did try out the games was working fine until i found out that happends weird stuff in random games, and they said cant accept it back cuz i did open the card to just change the thermal.....thats weird to be honest and it was running like 85-90C new after the thermal paste change now is running 60-75c max 80c deppends on the room temp time to time, thermal pads are all clean they have no dust they are in really good condition also made sure that they touch the parts to be cooled when i did the replace for thermal.
A friend bought it from a local store EMAG for 250E like atleast 1year ago if i remember right.
About the memory pics will do them a bit later on next day will try.
I dont care about OC i was just lost a bit cuz the box was saying 1386mhz and the card was running 1366 but thats not a big deal i dont use the OC or care about it to much when i was doing the bios things i was just trying to fix the issue with the games like the one in the video and also Ghostbusters the remastered is not even working like i end up with the same artifacts after i press new game or just stay in the menu and the card is idle 300mhz/300mhz 0.725mv well normal is 0.750mv,and some time this happends when i fast Alt-Tab but thats random is weird it can trigger it and some time i can just spam Alt-Tab like crazy and is just fine.

Dude condense your writing, you keep on writing walls of text that most will not read.

Yeah that card was used for sure then

Yeah i think thats a small issue on my self that i try to explain and i end up talk a lot :)
Here are the pics you did ask for i did try to make them as clear as i could
Samsung 031 k4g80325fc hc25 if i did read it clear

Back with update i did manage to talk to a friend who got a Thermaltake 730w psu and the same artifacts happends in the same games but under load with heavy benchmarks its fine and the VRM 12v still shows up as 10v under load as it was with my psu but when idle the VRM 12v is 11.660mv.

Send a message to @buildzoid. He deals with vrms pretty well.

He has a Youtube channel called Actually Hardcore Overclocking

Thanks will do and thanks again for your time !!

rx 580 8gb + got samsung vram = used like hell for mining IMO. What if you downclock it like crazy to lets say 1150mhz core and 1800mhz memory, does the issue remain there? I doubt its vrm issue, if the card is able to run furmark (or occt if you dont like donuts) for 5 minutes without black screens then everything power-related should be fine. Although you can still check the actual voltages with a multimeter, because the onboard sensors dont always show the correct values. I remember back in the day when i overclocked (and overvolted) a 680, the sensors was showing something like 1.18v but in reality it was around 1.25v. good idea would be comparing you actual values (obtained with the multimeter) with the values the reviewers got from their 580s, like here on techpowerup they usually mention that "We performed the measurement on the pins of a coil or a capacitor near the GPU voltage regulator". So negative is on ground, and positive is on one of the vrm inductors, measurement is taken while gpu is at maximum frequency and is at near-100% load

@Nike_486DX I have already done that 1100mhz/1.150mv stock still happend and 1750mhz/1000mv memory also done 900mhz core and 1500 mem with undevolt just in case and still gives up the issue, stock undervolt to 1.050mv was stable but 1.030 was freezing up so i left it and memory i done 900mv from 1000mv and still got the issue. This days i did try to make it 1500 on mem and just insta crash same happend with the core,if let alone 1366/2000mhz stock voltage also uses 1.050mv(not 1.150mv Stock) and passes every heavy benchmarks also OCCT long time and Furmark/Uniengine heaven none of this show sign of errors or artifacting this issue only triggers when fast alt-tab or some games.About multimeter i dont know if i can make it but will try to measure the VRMs if i can. Thanks for your time !!

Adrenalin version?

looks like the op was messing with some 20/21 drivers
to the op: did you try something like 18.12.3? Just to make sure its not driver-related. Use DDU to clean the current drivers and then install 18.12.3.

I did download the driver you told me yes same issue as with the new ones 21.Q3/Q4 but with 18.12.3 my fan is always on 1000rpm thats kinda all.
I did connect my secound monitor just to not alt tab to much so i can watch my temps stuff in HwInfo and some how i cant crash no artifact no freezing cant even trigger it but the voltage on the core still is stuck at 1.050mv as soon as i unplug the secound monitor the artifact is back almost instantly,so how come that with 2 displays works and with 1 not...yes i did try the display ports all do the same issue when single display, also the mem clock is stuck 2000mhz with 2 displays only core clock goes idle.
I will try to measure with multimeter later on but im not sure what im looking for.
Thanks again

Well the GPU died from to much undervolt/underclock testing or just give up on him self after to much stress tests i dont really know at this point....might try to send it to a service to see what they can do and maybe might be fixing it if they can.
I found 4 PSU but im unsure what to take on they all have good reviews FOCUS GX-650 (SSR-650FX),CP-9020229-EU,SF-650P14XE,SF-650F14MT(BK)
Thanks for everyones time and try to help out !!

Using 1 of them in a Ryzen 5800 rig. It's good.
