I think at the end of the day it's not worth bothering about this "issue" unless you are facing really slow boot. I simply just turn CSM on and enjoyed my RX 580! :)

My Ryzen 7 3700X is taking 10 to 14 seconds to boot so I don't really care either way. Looking back now.

You would be better of starting your own thread so it gets better visibility and the OP of this thread wont get constant notifications.
