Zalman CNPS9900 NT CPU cooler

I checked Zalman forum and found contest that will give the CNPS9900 NT CPU cooler as a prize. So I will participate it. there are not lots of participants so far. Actually 2 people. If I get the prize, Is it possible to mount cooler on my motherboard? My motherboard is BIOSTAR G31D-M7 LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard. Let me know plz.
