Earlier this month, we learned that Korean PC cooling solutions expert Zalman was entering the graphics card market. At the time we could only see AMD Radeon graphics cards, those too, re-branded HIS Radeon graphics cards. We're now seeing the first true Zalman graphics cards, that implement Zalman's generations of expertise with VGA cooling. Pictured below are Zalman's HD 6700, HD 6800; and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card designs that implement Zalman-made VGA coolers. This also confirms that Zalman will be a neutral board partner, selling both AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce. Zalman will show off its graphics cards at the upcoming CES event.

Sounds promising

Considering that Zalman has a lot experience with cooling solutions, at the very least I'd expect their cards to be extremely silent and running very cool. Provided that is the case, and the European warranty is decent, I'd buy one the upcoming 7xxx cards from them.

Their entry to the video card market is greatly anticipated.

i wonder
does zalman have their own graphic department or they order the card from other and put their cooler and sell with zalman brand

I bet they will use the reference PCB designs (at least for their first few cards)

From what we seen their AMD/ATI card are basically HIS cards.
I guess the nVidia cards might be Galaxy or something like that.

Hopefully they will stay with a reference design with all their cards and only emphasize on superior cooling.

With the way I have seen non-reference as of a few yeas ago, it has turned into more of a cost related thing rather than a performance thing.

No they are just reselling / branding reference OEM cards .

This is just plain awesome, can't think of a better deal for who lives in a country not covered by the "you can remove your heatsink for repasting/changing cooler and you'll still have your warranty"
